What you will do

• Define and implement the Engineering IT architecture strategy, aligned with Horse’s business goals and reference models.
• Translate business needs into scalable, high-performance technical solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Lead the architectural design and integration of Dassault Systèmes products within the enterprise ecosystem (ERP, MES, CAD, Virtual Twins).
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to deliver sustainable solutions and support integration services (API-first approach).
• Maintain and document the DASSAULT Standard First strategy and Horse’s reference architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for solution design, delivery, and rollout of new functionalities.
• Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation within industrial IT architecture.
• Support audits, manage architecture risks, and ensure clear communication of IT and data strategy to stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record as a Solution Architect or similar role in industrial settings with deep knowledge of Dassault Systèmes products: Catia, Enovia, Delmia, 3DExperience, etc.
• Excellent skills in leadership and communication.
• Strong competencies in IT technologies, including infrastructure, applications, data, and integration, with a collaborative approach.
• Experience in migration projects and rolling out Dassault, strong data-oriented mindset and experience with ERPs like SAP.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
