Horse Powertrain Limited is an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.

Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D centers on three continents. This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Ltd and is based at head office in London, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record as a Solution Architect or similar role in industrial environments, with deep expertise in Dassault Systèmes products such as CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE.
• A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Strong competencies in IT technologies, including infrastructure, applications, data, and integration, coupled with a collaborative mindset. Experience in migration projects and rolling out Dassault solutions, with a strong data-oriented mindset and familiarity with ERPs like SAP.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward.
• Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
