What you will do

• Define and implement the Data Strategy roadmap to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Align BI & Reporting initiatives with business objectives, ensuring data democratization and process optimization.
• Design and deliver BI models and frameworks that transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Identify and integrate relevant data sources, maintaining consistency with the organizational data strategy.
• Lead the development of BI & Reporting solutions, ensuring technical quality and alignment with best practices.
• Oversee data governance, including modeling, storage, security, and compliance with integration policies.
• Stay current with emerging BI technologies, recommending innovative tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to explore new technologies and communicate BI strategies to stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in Business Intelligence and Reporting.
• Excellent skills in data migration and major ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft).
• Strong competencies in leadership and project management, with a collaborative approach and familiarity with data management laws and standards.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
