What you will do

• Develop and implement an innovative IS strategy for the Product Engineering function, aligned with Horse’s business goals.
• Lead the deployment of new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user experience.
• Manage the design, development, and implementation of IS solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee IS projects from launch to delivery, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
• Ensure IS solutions meet business and operational needs within Product Engineering.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess IS performance and drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in leading large IS project portfolios and deploying PLM solutions, ideally with Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience.
• A university degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong competencies in technical analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with a pragmatic and inclusive approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; a good level of Spanish will be valued.
