What you will do

• Develop and implement an innovative and effective IS strategy for the Process Engineering function that aligns with the overall business objectives of HORSE.
• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user satisfaction.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of IS solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide support for the planning, design, and delivery of solutions and services with consistency and excellence.
• Launch, lead, and manage IS projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure Process Engineering IS solutions fully align with business and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of IS solutions and identify areas for improvement.

What we are looking for

• Proven work experience as a program IS Leader, managing a large portfolio of projects.
• Strong experience and knowledge of deploying a PLM market solution, with experience in Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience highly recommended.
• Strong knowledge of Product Engineering business processes.
• Experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environments.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills to manage large-scale IS projects.
• Good leadership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and manage IS solution risks and issues.
• Experience with emerging technologies and trends, including Web Oriented architecture, Reactive Architecture, Cloud environment, DevOps, Data Driven, and Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English (oral & written).
