Commodity Manager
The Commodity Manager will be responsible to develop and execute the procurement strategies for assigned commodities involving management of supplier relationship.

What you will do
He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Customs to meet business goals.
• Panel management: develop and implement supplier panel strategy (including market analysis) and sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
• Supplier Management: monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives (identify cost-saving opportunities), partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select the suppliers based on cost, delivery, quality and innovation capabilities.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate risks (supply chain, raw material , electronic components, geopolitical issues, financial) by developing contingency plans.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering.
• Between 5-8 years of experience in the field of direct procurement or commodity management, preferable in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Business English, any other language is nice to have.
• Knowledge of procurement systems, MS Office and cost analysis tools.
• Deep understanding of regional global market dynamics. • Ability to manage cross-functionl teams.
• Capable to anticipate risks.
• Solution oriented person.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
