What you will do

Flydoc is Horse Software representative at vehicle customers plant (Renault, Dacia, New Business customers), he is responsible for the progress of the resolution of powertrain software&tuning topics. 

He is the key person into the communication between Horse and Customers regarding software&tuning topics. 

• Missions: 
• Track powertrain defects resulting from vehicle production
•  Ensure level 1 diagnosis of powertrain incidents 
•  Ensure acquisitions to determine the root cause of incidents 
•  Ensure communication with all vehicle plants as the powertrain representative 
•  Ensure communication with Software&tuning team and Projects teams Expected competencies: 
•  Know the vehicle architecture including hardware and inter-system interactions 
•  Know the vehicle plant process and especially the STAT1/STAT2/DYN phases up to SEV 
•  Master the DDT tool: defect detection, erasing defects, flash, reading/sending of DID for configuration etc. 
•  Master the NewDialogys tool: be able to consult the defect records, SW references, DFSs etc. 
•  Master the SIDIS tool: be able to reconstruct the history of a vehicle 
•  Master the Stive+ tool: be able to retrieve defect records 
•  Master the CANalyser tool: be able to perform CAN acquisitions, analyze them, convert files 
•  Master the INCA tool: be able to install an emulator, perform the MAC migration, flash an ECU, build your own experiment and/or . lab, to achieve achievements with CAN 
•  Master the CONCERTO/MDA tool: be able to analyze your tests 
•  Master the construction of diagnostics: know how to make the link between a DTC, its associated label and its construction method 
•  Master FID, TDR and file Mastering the SOD/ DUD/ DFS files

What we are looking for

- Graduate with a technical profile (preferably specializing in Road Vehicles, Transport, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechatronic Engineering / Systems.
- Language skills: English advanced level
