You'll manage emissions, fuel efficiency, drivability, torque/power, and noise/vibrations. Define strategies, build technical contracts, and ensure performance goals are met, optimizing cost/value and collaborating closely with R&D teams.

What you will do
- Participate in future project strategies: Make key technical recommendations to achieve medium and long-term performance goals.
- Translate customer objectives: Convert client goals into clear technical objectives for the propulsion system.
- Ensure contracted objectives are met: Guarantee that chosen technical definitions meet objectives at the desired cost/value level.
- Predict and enhance customer satisfaction: Use surveys to anticipate and reduce customer complaints.
- Lead and collaborate: Facilitate internal multidisciplinary team meetings, draft and validate performance status at project milestones, and represent the Customer Performance department in high-level meetings, providing the necessary technical elements for the best decision-making.
What we are looking for
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in the automotive sector, including convergence of services, engine or gearbox calibration, and design of mechanical components for powertrains.
- Education: Industrial/Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of thermal engines. A Master's or PhD in combustion engines is a plus.
- Languages: High level of spoken and written English. French is a plus.
- Highly valued: Proficiency in Office 365, Concerto, and INCA, along with a good knowledge of car mechanics
- Skills: Strong organizational and teamwork skills and a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
