What you will do

• Develops strategies and makes technical recommendations to achieve medium and long-term performance objectives.
• Translates customer objectives into technical goals for the propulsion system.
• Ensures contracted objectives are met by aligning technical definitions with cost/value targets.
• Predicts customer complaints through surveys and addresses them.
• Leads multidisciplinary team meetings and represents the Customer Performance department in high-level decision-making meetings.

What we are looking for

-Education: Industrial or Mechanic Engineer with high knowledge of the operation of thermal engines. Master's or PhD in combustion engines (specially diesel engines) will be highly valued.

-Experience: At least 6 years of professional development in:

• Convergence of listed services.
• Calibration of engines or gearboxes.
• Design of powertrain mechanical components.

It will be highly valued:

• Leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Working in areas like decontamination, efficiency, injection control unit tuning, engine calibration, mechanical design, and powertrain component reliability.

-Languages: High level of spoken and written English, French is a plus.

-Softskills: 

• Passionate about car mechanics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Ability to manage and work across different departments/activities.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented.
• High degree of autonomy and initiative.
