As a Customer Performance Leader, you will be responsible for managing the convergence of various performance metrics (emissions and fuel efficiency, drivability and torque/power, noise and vibrations) of a diesel propulsion system. This includes defining and deploying performance strategies, building technical performance contracts, and ensuring the achievement of performance objectives while maintaining cost/value balance.
What you will do
- Define and deploy the company's performance/inter-performance strategy in projects.
- Build technical performance contracts with specialized teams.
- Manage convergence towards performance objectives, considering cost/value ratio.
- Participate in strategy development for future projects and make technical recommendations.
- Translate customer objectives into technical objectives for the propulsion system.
- Animate internal meetings of multidisciplinary teams.
- Represent the Customer Performance department in high-level meetings.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of thermal engines.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional development responsible for activities linked to: convergence of any of the services listed, calibration of engines or gearboxes and design of powertrain mechanical components.
- Experience in the automotive sector
- Experience in convergence of services, engine or gearbox calibration, and powertrain component design.
- Proficiency in software such as Office 365, Concerto, and INCA.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of car mechanics and a passion for the field.
- Ability to work and manage different departments/activities (non-hierarchical).
