We are looking for someone to lead the development of the 1.2 GDI engine, ensuring compliance with new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms.

What you will do

• Lead the development of the 1.2 GDI engine, ensuring compliance with new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms.
• Manage the design, development, and validation of engine hardware, software, and calibrations.
• Oversee industrialization in manufacturing plants and performance metrics (fuel efficiency, emissions, drivability, NVH).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and QCDP objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development.
• Ensure effective management of activities related to design, purchasing, prototypes, process, manufacturing, supply chain, tuning, and customer performance

What we are looking for

• Engineering Degree, preferably Master's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience, preferably in Powertrain tuning and Powertrain software/system
• Fluent in English, French highly appreciated
• Technical experience in engine software/calibration and design, project management, multicultural teamwork, analysis and synthesis, proactive, problem-solving, client orientation, communication, negotiation, leadership
