We are looking for someone to lead the development of the 1.2 GDI MHEV e-4WD system, ensuring compliance with new regulations and adaptations for new or existing vehicles/platforms.

What you will do

• Lead the development of the 1.2 GDI MHEV e-4WD system from project start to production, ensuring compliance with new regulations.
• Manage design, development, validation, and industrialization of hardware, software, and calibrations.
• Oversee performance metrics including fuel efficiency, emissions, drivability, and NVH.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and QCDP objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development.
• Ensure effective management of all activities related to design, purchasing, prototypes, process, manufacturing, supply chain, tuning, and customer performance

What we are looking for

• Experience: At least 10 years, preferably in PWT tuning and PWT software/system
• Education: Engineering Degree, preferably Master's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
• Languages: high level of English, French highly appreciated
• Skills: Experience in powertrain system development, electronic systems architecture, engine calibration, project management, economic management (CAPEX, OPEX), decision-making reports, multicultural teamwork, analysis, synthesis, proactive, problem-solving, client orientation, communication, negotiation, leadership
