We are seeking a candidate capable of achieving Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives in development and serial life projects. The ideal candidate must ensure adherence to stringent quality standards, optimize cost-efficiency, and guarantee timely project deliveries. Additionally, they should excel in maintaining and enhancing performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
A key responsibility will be to develop and motivate a technically proficient team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and implementing continuous improvement practices to sustain long-term success.
What you will do
- Design and validation of the system architecture.
- Translate the system requirements into SW functional requirements and functional specifications for the components.
- Preparation of the SCDR file for the first review with the SW Architect.
- Design of the generic validation plans.
- Management of the SW function development in the upstream phase of the projects and assurance of the technical convergencies.

- Internal Combustion Engines / Hybrids powertrains.
- System architecture definition: Components, modules.
- System requirements definition.
- Embedded SW architecture.
- Validation methods for new functions.
- Safety regulation.
- Soft skills: responsiveness to client needs and expectations, rigour, creativity and openness, ability to work in a multicultural and international team.
