We are seeking a candidate capable of achieving Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives in development and serial life projects. The ideal candidate must ensure adherence to stringent quality standards, optimize cost-efficiency, and guarantee timely project deliveries. Additionally, they should excel in maintaining and enhancing performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
A key responsibility will be to develop and motivate a technically proficient team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and implementing continuous improvement practices to sustain long-term success.
What you will do
- Manage activities to achieve project goals: Ensure all activities within your area of responsibility are effectively managed to meet project milestones.
- Ensure technical and economic coherence: Guarantee that the technical definition of the project aligns with economic constraints.
- Align actions with company strategy: Ensure team members' actions are in line with the overall company strategy.
- Develop team performance: Foster the professional development of team members by assigning appropriate responsibilities and supporting their growth.
- Prepare management reports: Ensure the preparation of reports on the subjects for which you are responsible, for various internal and external contacts within management.
- Deliver and present key deliverables: Present key deliverables such as TEI numbering, supplier assignments, planning, resources, and checklists.
What we are looking for
- Experience: At least 7 years (a minimum of 5 years in PWT tuning and PWT software/system).
- Education: Engineering Degree (preferably a Master's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering).
- Languages: English (mandatory), French (valuable)
