What you will do

PPC Project -Emissions & Efficiency ensures the management of the related client performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:

1. Manages PWT Efficiency & Emissions performance on the applications for which he is responsible:

• Documents the client performance specifications for the projects in development and contracts them; 

• Defines the action plan to reach the established client performance level and formalizes a validation plan; 

• Manages the activities necessary to meet the contracted performance level, and if the validation plan results indicate deviations, builds a technical file to get back on track, ensuring QCD management, or submits it to the derogation process; 

• Provides the client performance opinion at the associated organ milestone, in accordance with the EQM process; 

• Complies with the internal processes within the client performance management team;

2. Contributes to the development of the professional skills plan:

• Collaborates on improving the professional experience plan by capitalizing on new problems identified in his projects; 

• Utilizes the working procedures, tools, and methods proposed by the professional managers for each component of client performance (Benchmark, CdC, simulation, process, etc.). 

Equally contributes to the validation of working methods at the request of the professional PPC or the referent; 

• Regularly capitalizes on professional experience to improve the professional plan and provides a complete report at the end of each 'Mother' project or at the request of the hierarchy; 

3. Communicates technical guidelines and the advantages associated with new technologies (including from competitors):

• Represents the HORSE Customer Performance team in various global Mechanical Engineering or Vehicle Engineering forums;

• Proposes eco or quality technical definitions (depending on the project request) for topics in series life; 

• Contributes to competitive analysis activities at the request of the hierarchy; 

4. Research / development activity:

• Following the express prior request of the employer, effectively carries out applied research and/or technological development activities, under the conditions established by the applicable legislation in force.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering or similar ( Masters degree is a plus); 

At least 3 years experience in automotive industry; 

Technical background on PWT Emissions & Efficiency -experience in multicultural working environment;

Technical and analytical profile with attention to details and proactive attitude;

Fluent in English (French is a plus);

Good knowledge of  EXCEL;

Good piloting and communication skills.
