As a local Packaging Technician, your main function is to support and service the packaging needs of the plant linked to new projects and serial life.

What you will do
It includes actively contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities participating in collaborative initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Projet packaging monitoring:
o Commit/follow/comply with the requirements of the perimeter during the whole project in QCP: budget of Investments and ETP's at the best performance level, quality of the submitted dossiers and respect of the project planning.
o Ensure ALJPOM's deliverables for its perimeter and perform the necessary capitalizations.
o To pilot the technical validations of the packaging within its perimeter.
o Active participation in logistic projects linked to packaging.
To pilot the evolutions of packaging in serial/MPR life cycle:
o Ensure the best recommendation in QCP.
o Analyze proposals and look for opportunities in performance evolutions.
o Pilot and secure the technical validations of packaging of this perimeter
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
3 years of proven experience in a leadership role within the packaging (design & development).
Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing plant processes and logistics perimeter.
Knowledge of packaging technologies, materials, and processes.
Proficiency in English.
Other European language is valuable (French)

o Leadership, competency in guiding, arbitrating, and supporting decision-making in challenging technical/economical situations.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
o Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
o Project management skills with the ability to collaborate on the plan of loads for projects.
o Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multi-cultural environment.
o With Initiative and excellent organizational skills.
