The Governance Risk and Compliance Lead for HORSE will define and oversee cybersecurity strategies, manage risks in various areas, ensure compliance with regulations, and support business continuity and crisis management. They will also handle vendor risk, fraud detection, and employee training, reporting to the Global CISO.

What you will do

• Business IT Risk Management and Governance + Business Continuity: Implement security controls and risk assessment frameworks to ensure compliance and advance HORSE objectives.
• Support Design and Delivery of GRC Solutions & Services: Perform security risk assessments, document control failures, and provide remediation guidance.
• Security Governance: Set direction for information security policies and ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations.
• Technology Scouting: Stay current with emerging security technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

What we are looking for

• Experience as a GRC manager or similar role with a strong technical background in IT security technologies and risk regulations/frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
• Strong experience working in multi-country, multi-cultural environments.
• Extensive experience in migrating high-volume databases from legacy to cloud-native solutions.
• Strong experience with major ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft) and cloud vendors (GCP, Microsoft, AWS).
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills for managing large-scale IT projects.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate IT strategies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
