Currently we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a HORSE Business Process Owner (BPO) Supply Chain specialist for our SAP IBP project. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and extensive experience in the automotive sector. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management within industrial environments and proficiency in SAP systems, particularly SAP IBP and SAP S/4 HANA.

What you will do

Project Management: Manage and execute supply chain IBP project, ensuring seamless integration and migration to SAP systems. Oversee project timelines, coordinate with international teams, and ensure that all project objectives are met:

• Demand Planning: Utilize SAP IBP to forecast demand accurately through AI-powered algorithms, statistical modeling, and demand sensing.
• Supply Planning: Develop effective supply plans across multiple locations and levels of the supply chain, leveraging advanced planning capabilities.
• Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Integrate financial and operational planning into a unified S&OP process, enabling real-time planning and scenario simulations.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels by balancing carrying costs, stockouts, and service levels.
• Response Management: Enhance agility in responding to supply chain disruptions through real-time simulations and scenario comparisons.
• Collaboration: Foster collaboration across different departments and international teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and operational plans.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Advanced English Level C1.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Data management skills.
• Experience:
• Senior profile with at least 8 years of work experience.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is required.
• Prior experience in Supply Chain applied in industrial environments.
• Previous knowledge of SAP applied to the supply chain, especially SAP IBP and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Project management in an international environment.
• Participation in SAP migration projects in industrial settings.
