What you will do

The Enterprise Architect for HORSE will be responsible for the design and implementation of HORSE overall IS-IT architecture. This includes the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and application architecture, as well as ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

1. Business IT Strategy

• Define the IT architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Create business architecture models and support the implementation of the IT strategy.

2. Support for Solutions & Services

• Provide technical guidance and oversight in the design and development of solutions.
• Document and manage the Cloud First strategy.
• Maintain best practices, standards, and guidelines for solution design and delivery.

3. Data Governance

• Define and organize the data management strategy.
• Ensure data quality and security.
• Structure and standardize data ownership within the company.

4. Technology Scouting

• Stay current with emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role with a strong technical background in IT technologies (infrastructure, applications, data, security).
• Experience in complex, multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environments.
• Extensive experience in migration projects, moving high-volume databases from legacy to cloud-native solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP and its rollout, or similar ERP.
• Data-oriented mindset.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills for large-scale IT projects.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to align IT architecture and data governance with business strategy and goals.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying IT architecture and data strategy to stakeholders and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills for managing IT architecture risks and issues.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data and IT systems.
• Experience with emerging technologies and trends.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to work under pressure.
• Effective team player within and outside the IS/IT organization.
• Ability to bring stakeholders along with decisions.
• Valuable knowledge of TOGAF and/or experience working within its framework.
