What you will do

• Write technical specifications for components.
• Prepare supplier consultations and participate in their nomination.
• Propose technical solutions and lead discussions with suppliers.
• Define and carry out internal and external validations.
• Ensure alignment with technical roadmaps and development processes.
• Summarize development progress at each project milestone.
• Define technical policies, standards, and draft business rules for traction battery cells.
• Lead technical improvements based on benchmarks, project experiences, and new regulations.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electric and Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing electric/electronic hardware.
• Expertise in electrical/electronic components development and PCB.
• Proficiency in system requirements, validations, and integration.
• Bonus skills: mechanical dimensioning, machine learning, programming, data analysis.
• Rigorous, organized, dynamic, proactive, and willing to take responsibilities.
• Strong teamwork skills and a critical, synthesis-oriented mindset.
