What you will do
- Write technical specifications for components.
- Prepare supplier consultations and participate in their nomination.
- Propose technical solutions and lead discussions with suppliers.
- Define and carry out internal and external validations.
- Ensure alignment with technical roadmaps and development processes.
- Summarize development progress at each project milestone.
- Define technical policies, standards, and draft business rules for traction battery cells.
- Lead technical improvements based on benchmarks, project experiences, and new regulations.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electric and Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing electric/electronic hardware.
- Expertise in electrical/electronic components development and PCB.
- Proficiency in system requirements, validations, and integration.
- Bonus skills: mechanical dimensioning, machine learning, programming, data analysis.
- Rigorous, organized, dynamic, proactive, and willing to take responsibilities.
- Strong teamwork skills and a critical, synthesis-oriented mindset.
