What you will do
1.Ensures NVH core competency support in the area for which he is responsible:
- Plans the NVH simulation and measurement activities to support the Customer Performance Leader at the passing of the milestones and pilots the implementation of the NVH simulations and measurements activities with the help of external partners;
- Follows the project meetings and participates in the conception of the PWT;
- Builds the Specifications (CDC) level 5/6/7 for the services in its perimeter;
- Realizes the positioning of the NVH performances from its perimeter in relation to CDC and makes concrete design recommendations to design office;
- Proposes, if necessary, reconceptualization studies to comply with the CDC; 2. Contributes to the development of the professional skills plan;
- Collaborates to improve the professional experience plan by capitalizing on the new problems identified in its projects;
- Uses the work procedures, tools and methods expected for each component of the customer service (Benchmark, CdC, simulation, process, etc.);
- Participate in the team's job plan to improve work tools and understanding of NVH phenomena;
- Regularly capitalizes on professional experience to improve the core competency plan;
3. Communicate the technical guidelines and advantages associated with new technologies (including from the competition):
- Participates in exchanges with all stakeholders in its perimeter;
- Proposes eco or quality technical definitions (depending on the project's request) for the subjects in Serial Life;
- Contributes to the competition analysis activities at the request of the hierarchy;
4. Research / development activity:
- Following the prior express request of the employer, effectively carry out applied research-development and/or technological development activities, under the conditions established by the incident legislation in force.
Advanced technical studies;
Dynamic person with good communication skills and desire to learn;
Ability to analyze and synthesize technical solutions, as well as decision-making skills;
Ability to work transversally;
Foreign languages: English - intermediate/advanced level;
