What you will do
The NVH Customer Performance Leader ensures the related customer service management.
1. Pilots NVH performance on the applications he is responsible for:
- Documents the customer service specifications for projects under development and contracts them;
- Defines the action plan to reach the established customer service level and formalizes a validation plan;
- Pilots the necessary activities to comply with the contractual performance level, and if the result of the validation plan indicates drift, builds a technical file to get back on track, ensuring the QCD piloting, or to subject it to the derogation process;
- Provides the Customer Performance Opinion EQM at the associated organ milestone, in accordance with the EQM process;
-Respect the internal processes within the customer service piloting team.
2. Contributes to the development of the professional skills plan
- Collaborates to improve the professional experience plan by capitalizing on the new problems identified in its projects;
- Uses the work procedures, tools and methods expected for each component of the customer service (Benchmark, CdC, simulation, process, etc.). Equally contributes to the validation of work methods at the request of the Core Competency Pilot or Synthesis Lehnical Leader;
- Regularly capitalizes on professional experience to improve the core competency plan and provides a complete balance sheet at the end of each "Mother" project or at the request of the hierarchy.
3. Communicates the technical guidelines and advantages associated with new technologies (including from the competition)
- Represents the voice of the client in all instances regarding the NVH Performance;
- Proposes eco or quality technical definitions (depending on the project request) for Serial Life subjects;
- Contributes to the competition analysis activities at the request of the hierarchy.
4. Research / development activity
- Following the prior express request of the employer, effectively carry out applied research-development and/or technological development activities, under the conditions established by the incident legislation in force.
