What you will do
For all developing organs:
- Define and deploy quality and customer satisfaction targets for developing projects and ensure that the received commitments respect the targets.
- Define and decide on the quality milestones to be applied to projects, as well as the expectations required at the milestones; share them with project stakeholders.
- Realize the quality assessment for milestones and prepare opinions and agreements, alert in case of gaps and hard points identification.
- Ensure the consistency and robustness of the commitments delivered by the métiers with the support of IQM. For this, it may be necessary to make direct evaluations of results in one of the areas.
- Pronounce opinions and agreements at project milestones, in agreement with defined delegations.
- Apply quality rules and standards in programs and projects.
- Decide the salability status of organs in the start-up phase, in line with quality rules.
- Realize the milestones’ PDCA in order to provide feedback to quality assurance department.

- Pronouncement of opinions and/or agreements for milestones including the maturity indicator and feedback at the milestone.
- Distribution of the mechanical milestones gazette
What we are looking for
Advanced technical studies;
Min 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
Dynamic person with good communication skills;
Ability to work transversally;
Foreign languages: English - advanced level; French - intermediate level (it's a plus)
