What you will do
- You ensure product/process development or industrialization of the cell, in accordance with core competencies standards and specifications, in compliance with regulations, and suggest optimizations.
- You write the cell specifications
- You standardize and make the cells interchangeable
- You ensure the robustness of the product/process design
- You propose possible technical solutions for arbitration
- You prepare supplier consultations and participate in their appointment
- You are responsible for defining and carrying out validations, carried out internally or at the supplier's
- You write a summary of the development progress at each project milestone in accordance with the development process
What we are looking for
- Master/Doctorate in Chemistry, Physics of Materials, Electrochemistry
- Skills in Chemistry / Physics of materials
- Knowledge of the electrochemistry of Li-ion technology
- Interest in Multiphysics modeling (Knowledge of tools such as Matlab, Comsol)
- Awareness of the stages of the cell manufacturing process
- Analytical skills: enjoy taking up technical challenges
- Synthesis mindset: technical material and communication
- Teamwork
- English: spoken and written, work with Asian suppliers
