What you will do

• You ensure product/process development or industrialization of the cell, in accordance with core competencies standards and specifications, in compliance with regulations, and suggest optimizations.
• You write the cell specifications
• You standardize and make the cells interchangeable
• You ensure the robustness of the product/process design
• You propose possible technical solutions for arbitration
• You prepare supplier consultations and participate in their appointment
• You are responsible for defining and carrying out validations, carried out internally or at the supplier's
• You write a summary of the development progress at each project milestone in accordance with the development process

What we are looking for

• Master/Doctorate in Chemistry, Physics of Materials, Electrochemistry
• Skills in Chemistry / Physics of materials
• Knowledge of the electrochemistry of Li-ion technology
• Interest in Multiphysics modeling (Knowledge of tools such as Matlab, Comsol)
• Awareness of the stages of the cell manufacturing process
• Analytical skills: enjoy taking up technical challenges
• Synthesis mindset: technical material and communication
• Teamwork
• English: spoken and written, work with Asian suppliers
