What you will do

• Define metrics to measure inbound and outbound logistics unit costs on a worldwide level.
• Contribute to the implementation and rolling out of all digital tools requested for calculation, consolidation, reporting and analysis of logistics unit costs
• Ensure reconciliation between logistics unit cost and mass
• Oversee and manage global logistics costs to ensure full understanding of cost structure and decision-making process efficiency.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes in collaboration with the Supply Chain department.
• Track and analyse logistics costs performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Utilize SAP for logistics planning, execution, and reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to logistics operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the industrial sector, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience in Cost control and/or Logistics and Manufacturing control.
• Experience in multinational environments and managing global flows.
• Strong understanding of SAP and its application in logistics.
• Strong communication skills and high proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a cross-functional vision.
