What you will do
- Define metrics to measure inbound and outbound logistics unit costs on a worldwide level.
- Contribute to the implementation and rolling out of all digital tools requested for calculation, consolidation, reporting and analysis of logistics unit costs
- Ensure reconciliation between logistics unit cost and mass
- Oversee and manage global logistics costs to ensure full understanding of cost structure and decision-making process efficiency.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes in collaboration with the Supply Chain department.
- Track and analyse logistics costs performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Utilize SAP for logistics planning, execution, and reporting.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to logistics operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the industrial sector, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Experience in Cost control and/or Logistics and Manufacturing control.
- Experience in multinational environments and managing global flows.
- Strong understanding of SAP and its application in logistics.
- Strong communication skills and high proficiency in English.
- Ability to work effectively managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a cross-functional vision.
