What you will do
- Support the day-to-day operation of our HRIS, including data entry, system maintenance, and user support.
- Assist with the management and updating of employee records and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Respond to internal user inquiries, troubleshoot basic system issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HR processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Help prepare and generate HR reports to support decision-making.
- Participate in HR Campaigns by supporting the HR teams.
- Provide support for system audits and ensure data compliance with company policies and regulations.
What we're looking for
- A passion for HR technology and a desire to grow in the field of HRIS.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Some experience or internships in HR or HRIS systems.
- Strong verbal and written English skills (B2 proficiency level).
- Strong active listening skills and attention to detail with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for working with data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency Office 365, Power BI.
