Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end‑to‑end customs operations, ensuring timely import and export activities across all sites in Spain.

• Manage customs documentation and communication with third countries to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Monitor and report regulatory changes, ensuring full customs compliance and risk mitigation.

• Coordinate and report operational performance, including KPIs, costs, and critical situations.

• Work cross‑functionally with internal departments on matters affecting customs operations.

• Manage and allocate resources and personnel according to operational volumes to ensure factory supply.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize customs processes and procedures.

• Represent the company before customs authorities and manage payments, certificates of origin, and customs‑related risks.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (ADE), Commerce, or a related field.

• Master’s degree in International Trade (valued).

• Authorized Customs Representative certification issued by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) (mandatory).

• English level C1.
