This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

• Ensure customer satisfaction by leading the industrialization of externally worked parts (BOP) while respecting project timelines.

• Perform supplier risk assessments, audits, and quality/process diagnoses, formalizing deviations and providing immediate feedback.

• Evaluate, challenge, and monitor the robustness and effectiveness of supplier action plans, ensuring sustained quality performance.

• Drive and monitor supplier performance, controlling quality results, managing deviations, and escalating critical issues when required.

• Lead and validate ANPQP processes, including supplier coaching, PSW convergence, OSA audits, and project‑phase quality planning.

• Actively collaborate in cross‑functional and project governance forums (GFE/GFD, task forces, marathons) and contribute to best‑practice capitalization.

• Manage non‑conformities and claims, ensuring immediate protection measures, proper escalation, and final corrective actions at supplier level.

• Build sustainable company performance by motivating and empowering teams, fostering agility, accountability, innovation, and continuous development.
