Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited, a new independent powertrain solutions company with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We design and manufacture hybrid and combustion engines, as well as world‑class transmissions, to drive the advancement of our industry, committed to achieving a sustainable energy model.

This position is employed by the Horse Technologies Division and is based in Seville, with occasional travel to other Horse Powertrain sites.

What we’re looking for

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems.

• 5–10 years of experience working with SAP, including at least 3 years specifically with SAP S/4HANA.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant, ideally in implementation or improvement projects.

• Solid knowledge of key SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, QM, PP — depending on assigned area).

• Ability to understand business processes across: IS/IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Quality, HR and Engineering.

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work transversally in an international environment.

• Fluency in English (French is a plus).

• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capability, including the ability to coordinate up to 12 direct reports (functional + technical).

What you will do

• Analysis & Requirements

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP specifications.

  • Analyze current processes (AS‑IS) and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.

• Solution Design

  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design SAP solutions aligned with business goals.

• Project Management

  • Participate in SAP projects through the full lifecycle: blueprint, build, testing, deployment and support.

  • Track deliverables, support planning activities and assist in project control.

• Testing & Validation

  • Participate in SIT, UAT and regression testing cycles.

  • Validate business scenarios and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.

• Documentation

  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, requirements, configurations and changes.
