Mission:
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by robustly developing the industrialization of BOP (External Worked Parts) as well as respecting the project schedule.
• Perform risk assessments and quality and/or process diagnoses at supplier sites, support suppliers on the robustness of action plans, with the aim of protecting the customer by ensuring that supplier quality is at the level of the requirements required by Renault.
• Be the actor of the performance of the supplier sites on which he is assigned.
Mission description:
Proxi activities:
• Perform risk assessments and diagnoses at suppliers through various audits and assessments.
• Formalize the deviations from the expectations (report sent to the supplier and immediate feedback).
• Assess the robustness and adequacy of the action plans proposed by the supplier.
• Monitor the implementation of the action plan and its effectiveness.
• Control the Quality results, alert, propose solutions in case of deviation and escalate the hard items at CSDL.
• Communicate on the results of its interventions.
• Participate in the capitalization of good practices on technologies, processes and methods.
• Verify that the supplier has considered and regulatory requirements and follow them.
• For the parts in project (all customers) – (proxi):
o Coach the suppliers and qualify the supplier's process for high-risk parts
o Manage ANPQP convergence and validate the ANPQP process deliverables for high and medium risk parts
o Perform OSA audits
Project Activities:
• Manage the ANPQP process documents convergence.
• Participate to GFE / GFD meetings / specific task forces / marathons.
• Animate the external DQSC-F functions or the suppliers to ensure the convergence of the PSWs until their signature of his perimeter.
• Control planning and quality deviation in project phase, formalize deviations from expectations and report them to the CdPQF / RQFP.
• Contribute to ensuring the right level of Technical Definition to be assembled in the factory (green parts operation) in support of logistics and engineering.
• Participate to the validation of concept and the physical validation of specific packaging
• In case on non-Conformities, declare and monitor the claims in SQALL and ensure the implementation of immediate protection countermeasures in the factory.
• Ensure the feedback of information to the concerned SSD Proxi at the level of non-Conformities in the project from the VC so that the SSD proxi ensures the final action plan at the supplier.
• Participate in the development of lessons learned at the end of the project.

Scope of responsibility
Groupe Renault suppliers in the geographical area where he/she is involved:
-in mass production: Reduction of related ranking points and continuous improvement of supplier processes
-in project: Validation of the process items of the ANPQP procedures of the suppliers involved and/or validation of the PSW.
Scope of action:
• Company: Groupe Renault suppliers in his/her geographical area.
• Geographical: supplier sites where he/she is involved.
• Technical: methods to ensure the Suppliers quality and production technologies
• Temporal: upstream development, project development, mass production
• Key decision meetings: Project Progress Review meeting, internal quality review meeting for Renault and for the suppliers.
Main deliverables and indicators:
Proxi activities deliverables:
o Audit report, diagnosis and identification of process, organizational and/or managerial quality improvement areas
o Risk lifting plan, follow-up of action plans, alerts in the event of deviation / major risk
o Dashboard of its activities
o ANPQP deliverables (validation of quality assurance files for new project parts)
Deliverables Project activities:
o ANPQP and PSW convergence dashboard
o PSW signature of the scope of its responsibility
o Risk lifting plan, follow-up of action plans, alerts in the event of deviation / major risk
o OSA audit convergence dashboard
o Description of “best performances” and capitalization
Proxi activity indicators:
o Ranking of suppliers within its scope
o Follow-up of the convergence of process quality assessments of its supplier scope
o Evolution of supplier performance indicators (scrap rate, rework levels, versatility, training plan, etc.)
o % Validation of ANPQP documents (Ki) of its scope / Customer factory projects
Project activity indicators:
o % ANPQP process document convergence
o % PSW Convergence
o % OSA audit convergence
o Number of incidents in the project phase (Non-conformities in SQUALL)
