Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. 

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects to optimize transportation and cross-docking operations, defining flows, operational strategies, and cost analysis.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for improvement initiatives or new transport and cross-docking projects.

• Collaborate with different supply chain areas to ensure improvements in total delivered cost.

• Implement logistics solutions for new projects (platforms, providers, product launches, network redesign).

• Conduct economic studies and cost-benefit analyses to assess feasibility, ROI, and cost impact.

• Develop and refine analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.

• Identify innovation opportunities and propose new methodologies and technologies.

• Analyze KPIs and use data analytics tools to optimize processes and recommend improvements.

• Manage change by communicating benefits and training teams on new processes.

• Foster continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations and risk management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, supply chain engineering, or similar roles.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, especially transportation and XDock operations.

• High level of English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.

• Proficiency in data analytics tools, project management software, and simulation tools.

• Experience with platform operations, interaction with logistics providers, and international trade.

• Ability to propose innovative solutions and think critically.

• Excellent communication, multicultural collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong project management capabilities, change leadership, and continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen, Six Sigma).
