We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the new edition of our signature Graduates’ program, Horse Powering Talent 2025-2026 🌍, in our headquarters in Madrid.
An exciting journey designed for recent graduates eager to grow in an innovative, technological and data-driven company, helping us build the future of mobility through digitalization and business intelligence.

📋 Key Responsibilities

1. Data Intelligence & Visualization

Build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and turn raw data into clear, scalable and user-friendly insights.

2. Data Structuring & Consolidation

Collect, clean and structure datasets; standardize KPIs/metrics and support the unified data model for Direct Procurement.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with buyers, category managers and leadership to understand KPI needs, define metrics and ensure adoption.

4. Automation & Data Governance

Develop automated reporting workflows, support data quality/governance and contribute to analytics best practices.

5. Deployment & Change Management

Prepare documentation and training materials, support training sessions and help roll out digital reporting tools across the organisation.

💡What You Will Learn

• Real experience with business data in a global setting.
• Power BI/Tableau, data modelling & KPI design.
• Understanding of procurement performance and supplier analytics.
• Communication & stakeholder skills.

✅ Requirements to participate:

• Recent graduated in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering or Economics.
• B2/C1 or higher English proficiency.
• Interest in data, KPIs and visualization.
• Basic BI tools knowledge (Power BI/Tableau).
• Good Excel & analytical mindset.
• Passion for sustainable mobility, innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis
• Motivation to learn, grow, and help shape the future of mobility.
