We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the new edition of our signature Graduates’ program, Horse Powering Talent 2025-2026 🌍, in our headquarters in Madrid.
An exciting journey designed for recent graduates eager to grow in an innovative, technological and data-driven company, helping us build the future of mobility through digitalization and business intelligence.

📋Key Responsibilities

1. Platform & Data Architecture

· Build the core platform structure, set up the internal database and integrate multiple data sources (APIs, ingestion workflows).

· Model product families, attributes and relationships, ensuring quality, consistency and traceability.

2. Strategic Insights & Indicators

· Define and calculate combined KPIs (“data cocktail”) to support Sales and Product decisions.

· Transform technical datasets into clear, structured business insights.

3. Cross-Country Stakeholder Collaboration

· Work directly with CPOs, CPAs and Product Owners to gather product information and align requirements.

· Translate business and technical needs into platform features and improvements.

4. Frontend MVP & User Experience

· Build a simple, intuitive UI with interactive components for internal users.

· Iterate based on user feedback and support testing and validation.

5. Deployment & Documentation

· Deploy the platform (cloud or on-prem), prepare documentation and user guides.

· Support training sessions and rollout across different countries.

· End-to-end digital product development (backend, data modelling, UI, deployment).

· How global Sales, Product and Engineering teams collaborate.

· How to work directly with senior technical leaders (CPOs, CPAs).

· Best practices in platform architecture and internal tool design.

✅ Requirements to participate:

• Recent graduated in Engineering, Data Science, Business Strategy/Intelligence Economics…or a related field.
• B2/C1 or higher English proficiency
• Passion for sustainable mobility, innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis
• Motivation to learn, grow, and help shape the future of mobility
