What you will do
- Support the PMO in managing the Diesel & Hybrid project portfolio.
- Ensure governance of projects in executive tools from creation to serial production phase.
- Handle PMO processes related to global workload forecasting and modification.
- Ensure data accuracy across Technology, Finance, and Sales executive tools.
- Manage creation, modification, and closure of project lines in internal tools.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to workload variations.
- Coordinate project milestone planning with workload estimation availability.
- Prepare dashboards and support audits, budget planning, and financial reviews.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Strong understanding of PMO processes, cost control, and RFQ management.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, macros/VBA.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience working with SAP tools.
- Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Fluent in English.
