What you will do

• Support the PMO in managing the Diesel & Hybrid project portfolio.
• Ensure governance of projects in executive tools from creation to serial production.
• Coordinate project milestone planning with workload estimation availability.
• Handle PMO processes related to global workload forecasting and modification.
• Ensure data accuracy across Technology, Finance, and Sales executive tools.
• Manage creation, modification, and closure of project lines in internal tools.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to workload variations.
• Prepare dashboards and support audits, budget planning, and financial reviews.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in PMO processes and RFQ/cost control management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Excellent skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, macros/VBA).
• Strong competencies in coordination and communication, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector and Horse Powertrain’s ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued.
